Neighborhood Lawn Care has an irrigation repair truck and trailer that is fully stocked with parts. While the truck has most sprinkler system parts in stock so the technician will show up ready to take care of almost any need, there are some parts we don't stock because of their delicate nature. We work on any irrigation system, including the following brands; Rain Bird, Hunter, Irritrol, Toro, Walla-Walla, Weathermatic, Nelson, Lawn Genie, Orbit, K-Rain, and more.

Our rates for irrigation system repairs, upgrades or maintenance are as follows:

$185 Service Call. This covers the first half-hour of labor and mobilization time (materials are additional)
Most of our irrigation related repairs are on a flat rate scale (similar to a mechanic). Work that needs to be done on a time/materials scale will be priced out at the following:

Sprinkler System Repair work / upgrades; Each Additional Half-Hour: $60 per half-hour (plus materials).
After the half-hour ($185), we bill by the half-hour at $60/half-hour
Sprinkler System Winterization: $105.00*
Sprinkler System Spring Activation (and zone-by-zone Inspection): $135.00**
Payment is due on completion of services provided for given day. If we need to return for additional work, we will still collect for the first day at the end of that day.

* Pricing for System Winterization is only valid if paid before December 1st. Any winterizations done after that date will be considered a service call and will incur the normal $185.00 service call rate.

** Pricing for Spring Activation only valid if paid by May 1st. Any Start-ups after this date will be considered a service call and will incur the normal $185.00 service call rate.
