Battle Ground, Washington
The Neighborhood Landscaping team has a real soft-spot for Battle Ground. We love landscaping everywhere in Clark County, but there is something unique about the area around Battle Ground.
Having spent time at Battle Ground Lake, Andrew (the CEO) still meets with family out at the lake every so often. His wife still heads there for First Friday to check out Old Town and take a walk through the shops.
We have always loved the diversity of landscaping jobs that Battle Ground area residents dream up and ask us to bring to reality. We have completed numerous projects since 2009, including retaining walls, flagstone walkways, irrigation installations, water features, sod installs, and landscape designs.
Most of all, Battle Ground residents are really fun to work for.
We consider landscaping an art form, one that requires painstaking attention to detail. We like that residents in this part of Washington always seem to feel the same way and bring out our inner artist.

Mary needed a complete landscape. Irrigation, sod, plantings, the works. Since she didn't have a walkway on one side of the home, we added in a walkways of flagstone. But, given the grade, we needed to build a wall first. And it was finished off with a cozy backyard firepit.
Jane was looking for a solution to her lawn that was poorly graded and had standing water back by the fence. So much, that the grass was drowning. She wanted something more visual than just filling the area with bark. After our consultation, she settled on a dry-creek bed. This required movement of the irrigation heads, new sod, and new plants. Here you can see out design, and the final product.
Eric was over trying to resuscitate his front lawn, so called us in to consult on re-sodding it. The sod, from the very beginning, was installed under the grade of the sidewalk by about 3-inches. So we sod cut the entire lawn out, brought the grade up with 4-inches of soil from Battle Ground Rockery, raised his irrigation heads, and laid in new fescue sod!
